In addition to the requirement that a model must comply, in all respects, with the USSSA 1.20 BPF Bat Performance Standard, and with the Protocol, to be eligible for USSSA sanctioned play, the USSSA Certification Mark and other graphics on the bat must be applied permanently, and may only be applied by a current USSSA-licensed manufacturer. The use of stickers or decals is prohibited, and no additional graphics may be added to a bat after manufacturing. Using a bat with graphics not applied by the licensed manufacturer is an “altered bat”, subject to suspension under the USSSA Altered Bat rules.

Any unauthorized use, creation, or application of a USSSA mark without written permission from USSSA is a violation of federal trademark law and may result in prosecution by USSSA.

We will be using the National Courtesy Runner Rule in the past we have used a different rule. However the national rule was changed from "anyone in the lineup" to "anyone on the roster" .

Sec. 13. COURTESY RUNNERS: One courtesy runner per inning (one time) may be used.
The courtesy runner can be any player ON THE ROSTER. Once the courtesy runner occupies the
base, the selected courtesy runner may not be exchanged for any other desired courtesy runner.
If the courtesy runner is still on base at the time her/her turn at bat comes up, that spot in the
batting order will be an out. In the Mixed Program, any male player in the lineup may run for
any male, and any female player in the lineup may run for any female. Both a male and female
player may opt for a courtesy runner in each inning.

SENIORS Home Run Rule and Equalizer Rule

If divisions are combined, the HR rule will be the lower classification.

The team granting the equalizer will be HOME TEAM.      Homeruns over the limit are an out only

Equalizer Rule

Section 8. EQUALIZER RULES
8.1. When a lower-class or older age group team is playing a higher-class or
younger age group team, lower or older team will have one of two
options:
8.1.1. OPTION 1 - Five (5) runs per game (Awarded one (1) run an
inning for the first 5 innings)
8.1.2. OPTION 2 - 11th defensive player
8.1.3. There is no automatic Home team for teams giving up an
equalizer.

When teams are equalized after granting an equalizer,
a double coin-toss will determine Home team advantage with the
exception of the Championship game.

We appreciate your participation in this event. We value your patronage to USSSA.  

If at any time during a game in this event, you feel the need to speak with a director, please inform your umpire. He has been instructed to grant your request. This request needs to come from the coach.                                           Do NOT let the game continue. We cannot fix anything after play has continued. This does not mean anything other than the fact that you will be able to speak with a director. Erroneous rule interpretations may be corrected. Judgement calls are always at the discretion of the Umpire.

ROSTERS and Player Eligibility

All Rosters must be online.  

The database will not allow an illegal player (classification) to be added to a roster including the pending players, therefore in the event of a roster protest, any pending player will be ruled eligible as long as he can provide ID that matches his rostered name. The only protest that will be allowed is that a player that is in the game is NOT on the roster.

FACILITY RULES AND REGULATIONS.

        COOLERS are PROHIBITED.   

• Pets are PROHIBITED inside gated areas and playing fields.
• Littering is PROHIBITED.
• Smoking and/or the use of tobacco products in the gated area of the complex is PROHIBITED
• Alcoholic beverages are PROHIBITED in the complex or parking lots.
• Tents/Canopys are allowed in grass areas within the complex.
• Park only in designated areas within the parking lots. Vehicles parked on the grass and/or curbsides are subject to ticketing or towing
• Food, gum and sunflower seeds are PROHIBITED inside gated area.
• Grilling or open fires are PROHIBITED. 
• Bicycles, skateboards, roller blades or scooters are PROHIBITED in gated areas.
• Climbing on fences, bleachers, trees or railings is PROHIBITED.
• Throwing or hitting balls of any kind into the fences is PROHIBITED.
• Hitting of golf balls is PROHIBITED inside the complex
• Driving stakes into the field is PROHIBITED.
• Weapons are PROHIBITED on the property.
• Trespassing after hours is PROHIBITED.
